2pkgs Stone Baked Pita Bread, cut in half (we buy BFree brand)*
4cupsGardein meatless ground crumbs
3Tbsptomate paste
1/2tspgarlic powder
1tspcumin
1 7ozpkg Daiya shredded, vegan pepper jack cheese
2cupsshredded lettuce
8ozHOPE Spicy Avocado Hummus
Black beans, drained
Black olives, drained and sliced
Corn tortilla chips
Cilantro, chopped
Tomatoes, diced
Instructions
On a prepared board, leave room in the center for the bowl of meat.
Take the meatless ground crumbs and add tomato sauce and spices. Salt and pepper to taste!
Cut pitas in half and arrange around the outside.
Fill small bowls with cheese, sauces, beans, olives, pico de gallo, and lettuces. Lay on the board.
Place the warm meat in the center. Fill in open areas with chips and serve!
