On a large prepared board, fill 4 large bowsl with chicken strips, cooked farro, soft-cooked eggs, and peppers, and place on the board. In 2 smaller bowls, will with almonds (you can chop them if you prefer), and cheese. In a very small bowl, add the dressing.
Around the bowls, fan the avocado slices and cucumbers. Add the strawberries, and fill in any other open areas with fresh greens.
