All the fixings for Gyros:
Fully cooked gyro slices
Trader Joe’s tzatziki sauce
Pita bread
Hummus
Cauliflower tabbouleh
,

Instructions
Prepare the board with the above food, leaving room for the gyros.
To prepare the gyros, at home, heat up the meat and wrap in foil to keep warm.
When ready to eat, open a flat bread and spread with the hummus, and then fill with the warm meat (it doesn’t have to be piping hot).
Optional to spoon some cauliflower tabbouleh over the top.
Top with tzatziki sauce.
Place the 4 gyros on the board.
Serve! So simple and delicious!
