Instructions
How to make the brie:
Refrigerate Brie until chilled and firm (or freeze 30 minutes).
Meanwhile, place preserves in small microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds, or until melted.
Place chilled Brie on The Big Board (on a plate). Using a small to medium heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut heart in center of Brie wheel, and remove to serving platter.
Fill heart-shaped hole with preserve mixture.
Microwave on HIGH 40 to 50 seconds or until cheese is soft.
