Cut figs into wedges, or cut an X into the top of each, making sure to not cut all the way through.
Lay figs on baking sheet, and pour melted butter on top. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on figs. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven, and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Crumble goat cheese, sprinkle pistachios and thyme, and drizzle honey on top. Serve warm or cooled.
