blackberry jelly

or any berry jam

blackberries

lemon

for zesting
Instructions
Plate a package of mini fill shells (remove from the freezer and put on a plate—no baking involved).
In a small bowl, whip together the lemon curd, jelly and mascarpone cheese. Fill the cups with a teaspoon of the mixture.
Place a large blackberry (or your favorite berry) on top.
Zest a lemon and sprinkle on top of the cups; serve!
