In a large bowl or stand up mixer, combine all liquids, sugar, and spices; eggs, milk, bananas, vanilla, coconut sugar, baking powder and soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until sugar has dissolved and batter is smooth. Next, add in flour about 1/2 cup at a time. Finally, remove from stand and fold in pecans, cherries, and pears chunks.
Grease a loaf pan with oil, pour in batter, top with pear slices and a sprinkle of coconut sugar, and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when placed in the center.
