3peaches, cut into small chunks (peel first if desired)
6oz.fresh mozzarella balls
Fresh basil, torn into bite size pieces
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Cherry tomatoes, optional
Instructions
Arrange peaches and mozzarella balls on a platter. Add fresh chopped basil; drizzle with balsamic glaze (or olive oil and balsamic vinegar). Salt and pepper to taste.
