Prosciutto Caprese Kebabs Appetizer
small balls fresh mozzarella cheese
cut in half (the size of a cherry tomato, or slices, cut in small pieces)
cut in half
medium basil leaves
cut in half, folded over
Balsamic glaze to drizzle
we use DeLallo brand
Salt and pepper to season
about 1/4 tsp of each
small wooden skewers
Take a toothpick or a small wooden skewer and skewer the tomato, 1/2 of the small mozzarella ball, prosciutto (folded over), and basil leaf (folded over).
Once all ingredients have been skewered, store in a cool place before serving!
Right before serving, drizzle balsamic glaze over bites. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve!
