For a holiday breakfast, brunch, or celebration, enjoy this bevereage, a Mango Bellini with Orange recipe, made with your favorite champagne.
Ingredients
1cupmango juice
1cupspremium orange juice, or fresh-squeezed
1750 ml bottle prosecco
1lime, cut into wedges (optional)
Sugar for the rim of glasses
Instructions
Place the flutes in the freezer. Chill the prosecco on ice for 30 minutes.
Open the prosecco and let it stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add the sugar around the rims.
Mix together the orange and mango juice; pour 2 ounces of orange juice into each glass. Fill to within 1/2-inch of the top of the glass with prosecco and serve.
