Ingredients

Briannas Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing
,
or our favorite dressing

pound
rotisserie chicken
,
chopped

oz.
can Bush’s Black Beans rinsed and drained

oz.
can Bush’s Kidney Beans
,
optional, if you want more beans, or add 2 cans of black beans, rinsed and drained

large romaine hearts

chopped

can pineapple chunks

drained (or 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple)

cherry tomatoes

sliced in half

queso fresco cheese

crumbled

cup
fresh cilantro

chopped
Avocado

optional
Instructions
In a large glass bowl, layer half the lettuce, all of the chicken, beans, half the lettuce, pineapple, cheese, tomatoes, and cilantro.
Serve with a side of dressing!
Optional to dump all ingredients in a large bowl; toss and serve (instead of layering the ingredients).
Serve immediately, or toss together in a large bowl. You can cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
