1pre-made Angel Food Cake Bar, 12 oz or bake your own cake
110 oz jar fudge or fondue sauce, or make your own ganache (below)
1quartstrawberries, cleaned and sliced
2tsp.cinnamon + 2 tsp. sugar, mixed together
Ganache: 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
fresh mint, for garnishing
In a frying pan, melt butter over low heat. Slice the cake into 8 slices and place in the pan to fry. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture; brown each side. Add more butter if needed.
When cake is hot, place on a plate, drizzle with ganache, and place strawberries on top! Garnish with a mint leaf.
For homemade ganache: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and cream. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds; stir. Continue to cook in the microwave for 30 second intervals, half power, until the ganache is smooth and warm.
