Serve with spaghetti squash or pasta, or over zucchini noodles, rice, or steamed vegetables, or a side salad.

Fresh basil leaves
120 ozDellalo Marinara Sauce
1sweet onion, sliced
2Tbsp. butter
1tsp. salt
½tsp.pepper
½tsp.dried thyme
Instructions
How to prepare and stuff the chicken breasts:
Make an incision in each chicken breast large enough for the Mozzarella and basil to fit inside (do not cut great all the way through). Stuff each chicken breast with a slice of Mozzarella and a basil leaf and place on greased baking sheet.
Salt and pepper both sides; cover breasts with about 3/4 c. marinara sauce on each breast.
Bake at 400 until fully cooked, 30-35 minutes.
How to cook the onions:
For the onions, melt butter in pan on medium/low heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown, 10-15 minutes while the chicken is baking.
Add thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chicken and onions together with fresh chopped basil on top.
