Instructions
Cook chicken breasts in a slow cooker ahead of time, or shred Rotisserie chicken and mix with salsa.
Make brown rice or quinoa ahead of time, according to package directions.
Prepare other ingredients and place in individual bowls.
Layer ingredients to make your favorite “bowl” and top with hot sauce and jalapenos and chip!
