Freeze extra waffles in a plastic ziploc bag; toast in the toaster (frozen) before eating. If the batter seems too thick, add more water.

4 1/2cupsbaking mix
2 1/2cupswater
3eggs
3/4cupcanola oil
1tsp.cinnamon
1tsp.vanilla
1cupGreek yogurt
Orange zest
Blue Diamond Almonds, serve with your favorite flavors
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk or large spoon. According to the waffle baker instructions, cook the waffles until light, crisp and golden on the outside.
Serve with butter, syrup, and your favorite almond flavors.
