1cupPerlini, tiny mozzarella balls or chopped fresh mozzarella
1/4cupred onion, finely chopped
2-3leavesfresh basil, chopped
1/2cupolive oil
1/4cupwhite wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Toss cooled pasta with crumbled bacon, chopped peaches, fresh mozzarella, chopped basil, olive oil, white wine vinegar and salt and pepper. Gently mix; serve!
