Ingredients
1/2cupMcCormick® Asian Seafood Sauce
2Tbsporange juice
1teaspoonfinely grated orange peel
1poundtuna steaks
2Tbspfinely chopped green onion
2teaspoonsMcCormick® Sesame Seed, toasted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix seafood sauce, orange juice, and orange peel in small bowl. Pour over fish in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness. To serve, spoon sauce over tuna. Sprinkle with green onion and toasted sesame seed.
Toasting sesame seeds: Heat small skillet on medium heat. Add sesame seed; cook and stir 2 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Immediately pour out of hot pan to avoid over-toasting, or microwave on a paper towel for one minute, stirring several times.
