Fresh and light, sweet and savory when served with Triscuit Crackers. Make ahead by preparing the yogurt and berries. Have the caramel sauce measured, and pop in the microwave just before serving.
Ingredients
4cupsvanilla yogurt
4cupsmixed berries, such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries
1cupcaramel sauce
1box Triscuit crackers
Sea salt or finishing salt
Instructions
Wash and prepare fresh berries and set aside.
Spoon the yogurt into the bottom of a 9×13 pan, baking dish, or individual small dishes or ramekins.
Layer the berries on top of the yogurt.
Heat the caramel sauce on low in the microwave for 1 minute.
Pour the sauce over the berry mixture right before you are ready to serve.
Sprinkle with a flaky sea salt or a finishing salt.
