I’ve baked a delicious Easy Salmon with Barbecue Chips recipe that is so easy, you could whip up a pan or two and share it with your neighbors!
Ingredients
2poundssalmon, skin removed and cut into 2 inch squares
¼cupbutter, melted
112-14 oz.bottle Barbecue sauce
25 oz.bags barbecue flavor potato chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil. Pour one bag (5 oz) of crushed potato chips onto the foil.
Combine the barbecue sauce and the melted butter (it’s okay if the butter isn’t all the way melted).
Dip the salmon pieces in the barbecue sauce mixture. Place the salmon on the chips. Pieces will fit tightly next to each other. Cover with the remaining crushed chips.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover the pan and bake for additional 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes with a fork.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
