Ingredients

gluten-free flour

such as Namaste Gluten Free Perfect Flour Blend

cup
blanched almond flour

eggs

baking powder
1/2

baking soda

almond milk

we used Vanilla flavor

cultured coconut milk
,
which looks like yogurt, purchased at Trader Joe’s
1/2
cup
cranberries
Orange zest
Instructions
Heat the waffle baker to high. Beat the eggs and set aside.
Mix both flours, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add the eggs, almond milk, and cultured coconut milk. Mix thoroughly.
Add the cranberries and orange zest.
Makes about 6 large waffles.
