On a large round platter, place the cheese ball in the center, surrounding it with pretzel bombs (bites) or small rolls. Place parsley and cherry tomatoes around the bread.
Next layer the salami, cheese, and crackers.
Cut the 2 cans of SPAM into large chunks and grill for about 5 minutes. Place a toothpick in each bite. Arrange around the cheese and crackers.
Place the onion (or clam) dip and olives in small bowls next to the edge of the tray.
Fill the celery slices with cream cheese. Fill in the spaces with mixed nuts, celery, carrots, and pickled green beans. Serve and enjoy!

I bought the pretzel bombs from Grocery Outlet, but you can use regular pretzel bread and slice or cut into pieces.
