In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, chili paste, sugar, coconut aminos, ginger powder, garlic powder, lime juice, sesame oil, and salt and peppe to taste. Set aside.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil. When oil is hot, add your ground chicken and stir until fully cooked. Add in your peanut butter chili paste and mix thoroughly.
Toast your ciabatta buns in a toaster or under a broiler on low.
