Instructions
On a large prepared board, leave room for a large plate to be filled with cooked bacon, soft boiled eggs, tomato slices, and capers (in a small bowl).
Fill small bowls with all the toppings.
Toast the bread and keep warm. Meanwhile, mash the avocados with lemon juice and spread on the toast right before serving.
Garnish with parsley and micro greens and serve right away!
