Let guests make their own caprese slider!
Ingredients

3x3 inch
french rolls
,
sliced

thick mozzarella slices
12
thick slices of tomato
12
large basil leaves
24
mini chocolate chip cookies
Blue corn tortilla chips
Yogurt cucumber dill dip
Balsamic glaze
Fresh cherries + a couple apricots
Instructions
Slice the rolls in half and drizzle with olive oil; rub garlic cloves on each side. Add sea salt.
Broil for 1-2 minutes. Place on one side of a large board or tray.
On a large plate, arrange the tomato and cheese slices and fresh basil. Put in the middle of a board.
Place the balsamic glaze in a small bowl and set it in the middle of the tomatoes and cheese (with a spoon for drizzling).
Add yogurt dip to a small bowl and place on the tray.
Around the outside, place the cookies, cherries, apricots, and chips. Serve!
