On a medium plate, lay down a block of cream cheese. Pour the cocktail sauce over the cream cheese. Pour the rinsed and drained shrimp meat on top. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Place in the middle of a board.
Around the plate, fan out the crackers. Around the crackers, lay down the rosemary (so it looks like a wreath).
On one side lay down mixed sliced veggies, and arrange the same ones across from it.
Slice the green and red pepper in half and scoop out seeds. Fill both with Ranch dressing and place on opposite sides on the board.
Fill in open areas with black olives and red peppers and serve! The perfect Shrimp Cocktail Crudités!
