Instructions
Set aside 1/4 cup cookie crumbs. Mix cream cheese and remaining cookie crumbs until blended.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls, putting on wax or parchment paper. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
To melt the chocolate, place the pieces in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2-1/2 minutes, or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered, rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate another 30 minutes, or until firm.
Decorate and devour! Or package them up and give them away!
