15 ounces garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained

6-1/2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Italian Roasted Tomatoes

2-1/4 ounces sliced ripe olives, drained

thin slices hard salami

chopped

provolone cheese

Red onion

chopped or thinly sliced (optional)
Easy dressing:
¼
cup
olive oil

tablespoons
red wine vinegar

teaspoon
salt

pepper

grated Parmesan cheese

Caesar salad dressing
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
For dressing, in a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and Caesar dressing. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
