Layered Fresh Citrus Salad with Mint
An elegant fruit salad recipe with assorted citrus fruits, some mint, and Sweetened Dried Lemon Slices, layered on a giant platter.

- 6-8 assorted citrus fruits ruby red grapefruit, cara cara oranges, blood oranges and tangerines, thinly sliced
- 10-12 pieces Sweetened Dried Lemon Slices
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves chopped or small pieces
- 2 Tbsp. sugar optional
Using a good serrated knife, thinly slice the fruit and arrange on a large platter.
Layer the different sizes, colors and flavors, starting with the largest slices on the bottom (the grapefruit).
Right before serving, sprinkle sugar over the fruit (optional).
Sprinkle with fresh, chopped mint leaves, and top with Sweetened Dried Lemon Slices.
