Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In large bowl, combine cauliflower and broccoli. Drizzle oil evenly and toss. Sprinkle on turmeric, cumin, and garlic. Toss until evenly coated.
Take chicken breast and cut in half, lengthwise. Tenderize chicken before sprinkling salt, pepper, turmeric, and garlic powder on each side.
On large baking sheet, spread out florets, giving them plenty of space to cook. Season with salt and pepper before placing in the oven. Cook for 20-24 minutes, flipping florets once or twice.
Reduce oven heat to 400. Place seasoned chicken on baking sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes.
When fully cooked, remove from oven. Sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy on top of your favorite grain or bed of greens.
