Combine turkey, egg, rosemary, cranberries, and salt in large bowl and mix until fully blended.
Divide brie into 12 cubes.
Scoop a little less than 1/4 cup of meat into a flat surface. Using another flat surface, I used the back of a plate, pushing the patty flat.
Repeat several times until you have 12 patties. Place two cubes of brie in the center of one patty. Place another patty on top, and smooth edges so cheese is fully covered. Repeat until all 6 patties are made.
On an oiled, foil-lined baking sheet, place patties. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove and serve on a pretzel bun with your favorite sauce and fixings.
