Leftover Lemon Dill Salmon Sandwiches

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ground white pepper
  • About 1 pound of leftover cooked salmon
  • Loaf of fresh, specialty bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Sprouts


  • Combine Greek yogurt, salt, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper in large bowl and mix until smooth. Stir in leftover salmon.
  • Toast bread in toaster or in a pan with butter. Layer salmon spread, avocado, and sprouts. Serve!
