Pineapple Ham Flatbread Pizza Recipe
For cheesier pizzas, add more cheese!
- 8 mini naan flatbreads
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups pineapple, chopped (I use fresh, but you can use crushed, drained)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce, I use DeLallo
- Sea salt
- Fresh parsley
Turn oven on to 400 degrees F. On a cookie sheet lay the flatbread. Drizzle with olive oil; rub into each piece. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 4 minutes; flip over. Bake additional 4 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Spread on each flatbread 1 heaping tablespoon of pizza sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Divide evenly the ham, pineapple, and red onion on each flatbread.
Cook for about 6 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh parsley; serve immediately!
