BEST Graham Cracker Whole Grain Waffles

  • 4 cups Bob’s Redmill Whole Grain Flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Trader Joe’s orange flavored cranberries
  • Zest from 1/2 orange
  • 1/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 cup small pieces graham crackers with cinnamon sugar
  • Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups milk May vary due to kind of flour used and how you like your waffles. We like ours on the lighter side, so sometimes use more milk than others do.
  • 1-2 cups tonic water


  • Cook in a waffle baker for about 5 minutes, or longer (if you like them crisp).
  • Make sure to spray the waffle maker between each waffle in order to keep that crispy texture and flavor.
  • Serve with your favorite topping, jam, or syrup!
