Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan. Add the garlic and shallots, stirring until golden brown.
In a large bowl, add the pesto and goat cheese. Whip together.
Turn down the heat on frying pan, and add the eggs to the garlic and shallots. Cook eggs to desired texture.
Gently stir in the goat cheese mixture, cook for another minute.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil.
