Roasted Rosemary Flatbread

Freeze flatbreads ahead of time and defrost for 30 minutes before baking.

  • 2-3 flatbreads
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh rosemary chopped


  • Place the flatbreads on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil (or herb-infused) and brush to smooth over the bread.
  • Lightly sprinkle with salt.
  • Snip fresh rosemary and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
  • Cool for 2-3 minutes; cut into strips and serve.
