Using leftover salmon (or smoked salmon) chunks, this dip can be made and served hot in 20 minutes!
Ingredients
4oz.cream cheese
1/4cupmayonnaise
1T.fresh lemon juice
3green onions, finely chopped
1cupcooked salmon, chunks
3/4cupguyere cheese, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
baguette or crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth. By hand, gently mix in the green onions and salmon. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add in 1/2 cup of cheese; stir.
Spread in a small baking dish and sprinkle with 1/2 cup remaining cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until bubbly and hot. Serve with crackers or baguette bread.
