The buttery, cookielike topping makes this recipe fantastic. No sugar added in the fruit so you get a sweet, tart combination.
Ingredients

fresh peaches
,
peeled, pitted, and cut into large chunks

cup
fresh blueberries
1/2
teaspoon
almond extract
1/4
cup
whole-wheat flour
1/2
cup
rolled oats
1/4
cup
brown sugar
4
teaspoons
butter
1
Tablespoon
honey
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2
tsp.
salt
Ice cream

Instructions
Heat oven to 375°. Coat four 4-oz ramekins with cooking spray.
Combine blueberries and peaches in a bowl; add the almond extract and lightly mix.
In a separate bowl, melt the butter. Combine remaining ingredients and stir by hand until moist and crumbly.
Spoon fruit mixture into ramekins; sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the top of each.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until fruit bubbles and top is golden brown.
