Instructions
Combine chicken breasts, red pepper, yellow pepper, orange pepper, shredded carrots, minced onion in the slow cooker. Cover with 2 cups of barbecue sauce.
Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
Shred chicken with a fork; serve on rolls to make sammies, with broccoli slaw and 1/2 cup of extra barbecue sauce on the side.
