Place all ingredients for smoothie in a blender, preferably a Vitamix or another high-powered blender. Blend until smooth—this may require extra milk, so add in 1/4 cup at a time if needed, to blend smoothly.
Divide evenly into cups, and top with your favorite goodies, to add more texture and flavor!
