2French bread baguettes, sliced
5medium tomatoes, sliced
1poundcheese slices, cheddar, Jack, Swiss, etc:
1poundsalami, sliced
Red and green grapes
Cherries
Red onion, thinly sliced
Pickles
Mustard ailoi
Horseradish
Mayonnaise
Instructions
On a large seasoned board (or lay down parchment paper), arrange the tri tip in the center. [Note: You can grill the tri tip ahead of time and slice, then slightly heat up in the microwave before serving.]
Around the outside, place the sliced bread and fruit. In small bowls add the condiments, pickles and onions.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes around the tri tip bowl.
Add cheese and salami.
Optional: Right before serving, heat the broiler to HI and lightly toast the bread for 1-2 minutes (you can butter it first).
