Tri Tip Sandwich Charcuterie Board

  • 2-3 pounds Morton’s classic tri tip roasts grilled and thinly sliced
  • 2 French bread baguettes sliced
  • 5 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 1 pound cheese slices cheddar, Jack, Swiss, etc:
  • 1 pound salami sliced
  • Red and green grapes
  • Cherries
  • Red onion thinly sliced
  • Pickles
  • Mustard ailoi
  • Horseradish
  • Mayonnaise


  • On a large seasoned board (or lay down parchment paper), arrange the tri tip in the center. [Note: You can grill the tri tip ahead of time and slice, then slightly heat up in the microwave before serving.]
  • Around the outside, place the sliced bread and fruit. In small bowls add the condiments, pickles and onions.
  • Arrange the sliced tomatoes around the tri tip bowl.
  • Add cheese and salami.
  • Optional: Right before serving, heat the broiler to HI and lightly toast the bread for 1-2 minutes (you can butter it first).
  • Place the warm rolls back on the board and serve!
