Raspberry Chocolate Dessert Cups

  • 1-2 packages “ChocoMaker” Dessert Cups
  • Tillamook White Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • Fresh mint for garnish


  • Freeze dessert cups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Fill each cup with a small scoop of ice cream. Place back in freezer until ready to serve.
  • Remove from freezer and garnish with a berry and small mint leaf; serve right away.
