cranberry sauce

baby spinach leaves

can mandarin oranges
1/2

red wine vinagrette
1/2
cup
red onion

thinly sliced
1/4
cup
goat cheese
,
crumbled
1/4
cup
cranberries
Cracked pepper

on Turkey Tetrazzini
Instructions
Bake my Turkey Tetrazzini recipe in 8x8 pan, according to recipe directions.
Arrange croissants around where the pan will be. Set out butter.
Fill small bowl with cranberry sauce and place on the board.
Set hot pads on the board off to the side. On opposite side, build the salad with remaining ingredients.
When the turkey recipe is done, place on the hot pads. Add fresh cracked pepper and serve!
