Ingredients

pound
ground pork sausage
1
8 oz pkg
cream cheese
,
softened
1
cup
Parmesan cheese
,
shredded
10-12
large jalapeno peppers
,
halved, lengthwise and seeded (or 1 pound)
Fresh black cracked pepper
Favorite dip
,
(Ranch dressing, Bitchin sauce, etc.)
Fresh parsley or cilantro
,
finely chopped
Instructions
Place sausage in a skillet over medium heat, and cook until browned. Drain grease.
In a medium bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, and the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. into each jalapeno half, depending on the size.
On a large baking sheet, place the filled peppers.
Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned on top and bubbly.
Add fresh cracked pepper as the final touch before serving!
Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley (or cilantro) for a garnish!
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like Ranch dressing.
