Feel free to mix and match any of the ingredients (use what you have) for the perfect Fall Cheese Board. This board is made ont the 20-inch BIG BOARD.
Ingredients
1small wedgeParmigiano reggiano
1small wedgeCheddar
1small wedgeGorgonzola cheese
1small loggoat cheese
1small jarapple butter
Kalamata or green olives
Roasted almonds
Roasted and salted pumpkin seeds
Grissini breadsticks
Sea salt crackers
Triscuit crackers
Raincoast rosemary raisin pecan crisps
Sliced French baguette, slice it thinly
4ozherb-crusted salami, fold in quarters to make little rows
Honey Pepper Bacon
1Bosc pear
1Honeycrisp apple
Few bunches red grapes
Few figs
Carrot sticks
Cucumber slices
Mini bell peppers
Rosemary for garnish, maybe 2 different places, small sprigs
Instructions
Drizzle the hummus with olive oil, and sprinkle with the roasted pumpkin seeds, adding a dusting/sprinkle of finely chopped rosemary in a bowl. Set in the center of the board.
Set the cheese down on the board.
Serve the apple jam in the jar, adding a small bowl of olives.
Arrange the rest of the ingredients around the board.
