Salad:

broccoli florets

chopped

cauliflower florets

chopped

seedless red grapes

halved

bacon

cooked and crumbled

ounces
sharp cheddar cheese

cut into small cubes (yellow)

red onion
,
peeled and chopped
½
cup
toasted
,
sliced almonds
Instructions
Whisk together the dressing ingredients (Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper). Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, grapes, and then 2/3 of the bacon, cheese, onion, and sliced almonds.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Top the salad with the remaining bacon, cheese, red onion, and almonds.
Chill and serve!
