Forget the chilis, make your poppers with pickles! These Bacon Ranch Pickle Poppers are easy and are so tasty when dipped in ranch dressing! Makes 16 pickles.
Ingredients
16pickle spears, we love to use Famous Dave’s spears, drained
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat pickles dry with a paper towel. Use precooked bacon and spread the cream cheese on the bacon slice. Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Lay the pickle on the bacon (horizontally) and start wrapping the bacon around the pickle slice. Secure ends with toothpicks if necessary. Place pickles on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the bacon is browned (according to the thickness of the bacon, and if you use precooked bacon or not, this time will deviate). Make sure and check that they don’t overcook! Remove from the oven.
Allow to cool slightly, then serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
