Banana Popsicles are a creamy, sweet, and refreshing frozen treat, made with 6 simple ingredients. In 10 minutes, they are ready to freeze.
Ingredients

15 oz
can full fat coconut milk
2
tablespoon
maple syrup
¼
teaspoon
cardamom
1
teaspoon
vanilla
¼
cup
shredded coconut
2
bananas
,
sliced
Equipment
6 molds
6 popsicle sticks
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the coconut milk, maple syrup, cardamom, vanilla, and shredded coconut. Mix well and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Slice the bananas into disks and place into popsicle molds.
Spoon mixture into 6 popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick in each mold.
Freeze for 6 hours (preferrably overnight).
To easily remove from the mold, run the popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds, then remove the popsicle.
Serve and enjoy!
