Ingredients

melted butter

salt

Sriracha and Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce

Instructions
Cut one fillet (3 1/2 to 4 lb.), in half. Place each half on a double piece of foil, with edges folded up. Pour melted butter on top; salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon on low heat, just until opaque but still moist-looking in center of thickest part (cut to test), 25 to 30 minutes.
