heirloom tomatoes or grape tomatoes

fresh mozzarella sliced

or burrata balls

nectarines

sliced (or fresh peaches)

fresh strawberries

extra virgin olive oil

balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
Sea salt + fresh cracked black pepper

basil leaves cut into ribbons

pitted and cut in half (optional)
Instructions
Cut heirloom tomatoes into thick slices. If using cherry tomatoes, add whole, or cut in half.
Layer with fresh mozzarella slices, or if using burrata, place the balls in a row and with your fingers or a spoon, spread them open (will be gooey).
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze or vinegar.
Generously sprinkle with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
Layer with fresh basil leaves. Optional to chop the basil and sprinkle on top.
