Ingredients

walnuts

gluten free oats

raw buckwheat

c.
raw sunflower seeds

raw pepitas

c.
chia seeds

shredded coconut
1
c.
peanut butter
1/2
c.
cocoa powder
1/4
c.
maple syrup

tsp.
vanilla

applesauce

unsweetened

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large bowl, combine all nuts and seeds.
In separate glass bowl, combine peanut butter, cocoa powder, and avocado oil. Mix until smooth. Add maple syrup, apple sauce, and vanilla.
Combine peanut butter with dry nuts and seeds. Mix with large spoon (or hands work great as well).
Line baking sheet with foil and spray with oil. Spread granola evenly onto pan (I had to use two pans!)
Place in oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove, add coconut, and return for 10-12 more minutes.
Remove from over. Serve warm or cooled with yogurt, milk, or fresh fruit.
Delicious to give away!
